Bison Blockchain Adds Bitmain To Suit

Dear stakeholders and community members, 

This letter is to inform you that BCB Cheyenne LLC (DBA Bison Blockchain) has filed an Amended Complaint in Wyoming Federal District Court adding BitMain Technologies Holding Company and Bitmain Technologies Georgia Limited to the lawsuit Bison Blockchain filed against the Chinese conglomerate of bitcoin miners (see Bison Blockchain’s Open Letter from May 30, 2023).

As we reviewed evidence and initial disclosures in the case, it became clear Bitmain was behind the Chinese conglomerate takeover at North Range and Campstool and the removal of Bison Blockchain as the sites’ operator/host. Additional details and information are contained in the Amended Complaint. The Amended Complaint is public record. Discovery is ongoing and we will keep you informed of any major developments.
