Bison Blockchain Settles Lawsuit vs MineOne

After 20 months of litigation, Bison Blockchain has settled all claims with the Chinese Defendants (MineOne, Terra Crypto, Bit Origin, et al.).

Following an evidentiary hearing, the U.S. District Court of Wyoming issued a historic ruling on June 28, 2024 where the Honorable Judge Alan Johnson ordered Prejudgement Writs of Attachment and Garnishment for just over $15.5M in acquisition proceeds from MineOne’s sale of the North Range and Campstool bitcoin mining sites to CleanSpark Inc.

In the universal settlement agreement, the Parties agreed BCB Cheyenne LLC (dba Bison Blockchain) be paid $4.1M of the attached and garnished monies. The settlement resolves all claims between Plaintiff BCB Cheyenne (Bison Blockchain) and the Defendants.
